Hope is a belief in a positive outcome related to events and circumstances in one's life. Hope implies a certain amount of perseverance; believing that a positive outcome is possible even when there is some evidence to the contrary. The positive outcome of continued weight loss success can be attained.
All of us have lost and gained a lot of weight throughout our lives. Ten Links is a different approach to be successful in the maintenance of a hundred pounds or more weight loss. We encourage hope by exemplifying positive actions and ways to keep off this weight for life. Hope is an active process. It is active as a plan or idea, often against popular belief, with persistent, personal action to execute the plan.
