Trust is a very important element to the Ten Links method. We have all battled weight issues all of all lives. Weight is an extremely emotional and complex issue that leaves one very vulnerable to others. Past experiences have taught us to be wary for self-preservation.
At Ten Links, we have built a network of trust where there is no fear to be ourselves and we are able to share sensitive information with others who share a common understanding from having lived through similar life paths. Relationships are built that allow true and meaningful connections to be made. We can be real to ourselves and are confident that our secrets are safe.
Trust is a difficult thing to do and Ten Links is a caring and nurturing environment that promotes trust and honesty among all members. Shared experiences allow trust to build and by believing in others, and ourselves we can move beyond our current selves to a place of health, wholeness and happiness with the help of our confidants.
