Laughter

Laughter, noun

1.  the action or sound of laughing
2.  a cause of merriment
3.  an inner quality, mood, disposition...mirthfulness and goodwill.
4.  an expression or appearance of merriment or amusement.

Laughter is a key component of Ten Links members. It may have started off as nervous laughter, something very common to obese people. Not knowing what others thought of us or perhaps because we were afraid to show our real selves out in the world for fear of rejection. We many times tended to make jokes to spark laughter within our group

In time we have found that our laughter now comes from a true sense of joy and happiness whenever we spend time together. There is truly nothing better than spending time with others that understand where you have been and where you are headed in life due to the choices you are making. We absolutely enjoy our time together and know that these special times we have with one another will bring us a lifetime of success, happiness and friendship all of which will be accompanied with laughter.
